2.4 Survey Team Structure and Organization
The Project employed a total of 106 people - 4 expatriate managers and 102 local staff were organized in Cambodia as indicted below. A Canada-based Project Director and a specialist group of technical assistants provided support to the field.

In addition to the Project Director (Michael Simmons) the Canada based team from GeoSpatial International Inc. included:
- Technical Advisor responsible for liaison with SAC, UNMAS and GICHD: Greg Wickware CEO of GeoSpatial International Inc.
- Quality Assurance and Database Advisor: Dan Bulger.
- Design and Implementation of the IMSMA translator: Angus Carr, assisted by Asif Niazi.
- Stakeholder Relations and Gender Equality Advisor: Valerie Warmington (who later replaced Tony Schori as Field Survey Manager and completed the project as Field Manager).
- Financial Controller: Kris Dartnell
