2.4 Survey Team Structure and Organization

The Project employed a total of 106 people - 4 expatriate managers and 102 local staff were organized in Cambodia as indicted below. A Canada-based Project Director and a specialist group of technical assistants provided support to the field.

In addition to the Project Director (Michael Simmons) the Canada based team from GeoSpatial International Inc. included:

Mao Vanna (wearing black belt), Assistant to the Field Survey Manager and survey
team leaders at Mine Awareness Day 2002, in Battambang after receiving gold medal and
certificate of appreciation for their work from the Prime Minister, HE Samdech Hun Sen.
